My Philosphy
Colleges want to get to know the real student. What makes them tick? What are they excited about? What do they believe in? What is their moral compass? What kind of roommate will they be? What will they bring to a college campus environment? I pride myself on getting to know my students well and encourage them to be their authentic self. I focus on their natural strengths and innate abilities and bring them to the forefront of their applications. High Five College Prep students get into their top schools and are proud of their college applications.
College Planning Starts Early
Why? Because applying to college is a growth process. It is a time for a high school student’s self-exploration and reflection. The average length of time a family spends with High Five College Prep is approximately 18 months- 2 years. The most popular program is the Comprehensive College Planning Package. This can start in sophomore or junior year, and in some cases, freshman year. Getting to know the student well is our number one priority. Using a student focused lens helps to build a balanced list of colleges.
